Hold Up privacy policy

Effective 16 October 2026

Hold Up does not collect, store, or share any personal data.

• The app makes no network connections. Nothing you type ever leaves your device.
• Signs and presets are stored only in the app's local storage on your device, and are removed when you delete the app.
• There are no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.
• The app requests no permissions. It keeps the screen awake while a sign is showing; that happens on-device.

This website

This website uses no advertising trackers or cookies. It counts visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool hosted on danyzmaj's own server in Germany: the page viewed, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and approximate location (country, region and city) derived from your IP address. Your IP address itself isn't stored, nothing is saved on your device, and the data isn't shared or sold. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which GitHub states logs and stores visitors' IP addresses for security purposes; see GitHub's Privacy Statement.
