These terms cover PixelZoo, a Garmin watch face made by Danijel Lovric (danyzmaj).

Availability and compatibility

PixelZoo is currently in beta. A public Connect IQ release is planned, but this website does not yet offer an installation or checkout link. Website previews show illustrative readings, not live Garmin data.

PixelZoo is designed for supported round AMOLED Garmin watches. MIP-display watches are not supported. Before purchasing, check the actual store listing for compatibility with your device and any software requirements. Features and available readings depend on the watch, its settings, and Garmin services.

Using PixelZoo

When you lawfully obtain PixelZoo, you may install and use it on compatible devices as permitted by your Connect IQ entitlement and applicable law. Obtaining the watch face does not transfer ownership of its software, artwork, or branding.

Do not resell or redistribute the watch-face package or its artwork without permission, except where applicable law permits it. These terms do not restrict rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

Readings and estimates

PixelZoo is a watch face, not a medical device or medical advice. Health, activity, weather, and calorie readings may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. Estimated active calories are a calculation, not a direct measurement; if the required profile information is missing, total calories are shown instead. Do not rely on the watch face for diagnosis, treatment, emergencies, or safety-critical decisions.

PixelZoo draws the full face, including the animal, habitat, and stats, on every update. Keep Always On Display off; this full-color design is not intended for always-on use.

Purchases and refunds

If PixelZoo is released as a paid Connect IQ download, the price, currency, taxes, availability, and applicable purchase terms will be shown in the store before payment. This website does not take payments.

Purchases through Garmin are subject to the checkout terms and applicable refund process. Use your store order or Garmin purchase-support options for refund requests; contact me for help with the watch face. Nothing here removes your statutory cancellation, refund, conformity, or other consumer rights.

Support and updates

For support, email danijel@danyzmaj.com with your watch model and a description of the issue. Future animals, features, and release dates are plans, not guaranteed deliverables. Updates may change the watch face, subject to applicable law and any obligations associated with your purchase.

Privacy and third-party services

The PixelZoo Privacy Policy explains local watch-data use, website hosting, and support correspondence. Garmin’s services and store remain subject to Garmin’s own terms. PixelZoo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Garmin.

Your legal rights

These terms do not exclude or limit liability or warranties where doing so would be unlawful, and they do not override mandatory consumer protections or applicable store terms. No arbitration requirement, exclusive court venue, or blanket waiver of consumer rights is imposed by this page.

Changes and contact

Updates to these terms will be published here with a new effective date. Changes will not remove rights already acquired through a purchase; any legally required notice or agreement will be obtained. Questions: danijel@danyzmaj.com.
